This retreat will reach all your senses, your intellect, your emotions, and your heart. You’ll immerse in meditation, compassion practice, and awareness practice with ample time for cultural experiences, enjoyment, and getting to know a wonderful group of people.
Please join for the book launch of Divinity School by Elizabeth Pyjov. There will be a signing, reading, and Q & A with the poet, facilitated by Harvard Professor Michael Puett. Wine, cheese and chocolate will be served. This special gathering will honor the publication of Elizabeth's first book Divinity School and offer a warm afternoon of poetry, conversation, and community. All are welcome to attend.
Inspired by the book launch the day before, let’s gather in New York City in the same neighborhood on Sunday to explore how to find the divinity within ourselves. This gathering will be an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the deeper parts of who we are. During our time together, we will talk about practical ways to recognize and connect with your own divinity through concrete steps you can apply in everyday life. We will also explore what it means to feel your eternity and how that awareness can shape the way you move through the world. Another important part of the discussion will focus on staying connected to your divinity as you grow older. We will look at how to practice self-compassion as you change, grow, and age, and how honoring those changes can deepen your spiritual connection rather than weaken it. Along the way, we will also explore the three phases of being present to your divinity. My goal for you is simple. When it feels like the whole world is going crazy, you can remain calm because you know you are eternal and you know how to connect to the divine within you. I want to give you tools that help you access that connection so that every day can feel like a moment of joy.
As an executive and an attorney, this Summit will help you build upon your skills and acumen, increasing your ability to motivate and engage people, teams, and legal organizations, and strengthening your personal resilience to lead them through change as the world around us becomes more uncertain. Self-awareness, empathy, and compassion are critical to exercising leadership and will be central to the Summit’s approach to building your capacity to lead.
